Upon opening the box, it was in perfect condition. No scratches, no stains, not to mention – no odor. Neither the doll nor the doll head (which is separate from the doll’s body and placed in the soft padding of the box) had any odor. Shipping was very fast, the doll arrived in perfect condition, she is very heavy and I would order again!
